The evolution of Celia Grace: Wild Wood designer launches bridal line "Bohyne"

Introducing the next generation of Celia Grace fair trade bridal. Wild Wood Collection designer Colleen Bankovich has big plans for her new debut line, Bohyne.

Last year, Celia Grace debuted its first collection in nearly five years. The Wild Wood Collection, designed by Colleen, featured sustainable bamboo fabric, recycled dead-stock fabric, and silhouettes intended to transcend a bride's big day and become a wardrobe staple.

Through press campaigns headed by Perry Rose Media, the Wild Wood Collection was featured in some of the biggest names in bridal fashion, including Modern Luxury Weddings Chicago, Fashion Network, The Wedding A-List, British Vogue and more.

After months of planning and inquiry, we are excited to share the rollout of Celia Grace’s evolution - Bohyne. Last month, Colleen secured the rights to the Wild Wood Collection designs, allowing her to continue the legacy of fair trade bridal but with new styles, new roots and new intentions.

In contrast to Celia Grace’s somewhat traditional aesthetic, Bohyne will have more versatility and options for brides and beyond. Expect plays of color and cut, taking fair trade bridal fashion to the next level in style and sophistication. This isn’t your momma’s crunchy bridal brand.

Colleen has big plans for taking the idea of bridal and beyond a step further by incorporating more Ready-To-Wear styles that will suit the understated style of elopements, civil ceremonies, even vow renewals.

The process in how these styles will be revealed is also new - and unlike any other bridal fashion line out there. Unlike the two-seasons-a-year design drop at New York Bridal Fashion Week and Bridal Market, Colleen will stay true to a sustainable model and release designs in slow drops. Starting this winter, new looks will drop through until March when the full collection will debut at a trunk show in Omaha with Noa Brides.
